Cancellation policy

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 30 days before the shooting date.
If the reservation is made up to 30 days in advance, the reservation deposit (30% of the total amount) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you need to change your schedule, we will do so free of charge.

30 days before

50% of the total amount in case of cancellation, 30% of the total amount in case of schedule change

From 10 days before the shooting date to the day of the shoot

100% of the total amount in case of cancellation, 70% of the total amount in case of schedule change

Temporary

If planes are unable to fly due to natural disasters, etc., we will accept changes to the shooting within one year free of charge.
